Beef Korma White Korma Recipe

Korma is the traditional curry recipe in India and Pakistan.Korma is made with beef,chicken,egg etc.This is a delicious recipe Prepare with the ingredients available in your pantry . The ingredients vary in different locations.There are 2 or 3 steps for preparing korma.it is very delicious and amazing recipe.

I like different kormas.Here iam sharing with you the beef korma.This korma is served in parties with appam ,idiyappam,dosa ,chappathi etc. Its taste is amazing and delicious.I love very much the beef korma made by my mom.This flavorful curry is easy to make.Firstly pressure cook the beef with spice powders then make the gravy.Lets prepare the beef korma in easy way.
 
Ingredients:

 For cooking beef

Beef -500g
Black pepper -1 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt
Water -1/2 cup

For gravy

Oil  -1/2 tbsp
Onion-2
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Corriander powder -3/4 tbsp
Black pepper -1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Cashews - 10 numbers

For Curry

Oil-1 tbsp
Greenchillies (chopped)- 3-4
Curry leaves
Water -1 cup
Garam masala -1/4 tsp
Coconut milk -1 cup
Corriander leaves ( chopped)

Preparation:

1.Cut beef into small pieces .then  wash well.transfer to a pressure cooker.then add black pepper,curry leaves and salt.mix well all together with hand.then add 1/2 cup water .close the lid and flame on.cook until comes 5 whistles.then flame off and check the beef is enough cooked or not.

2. Lets prepare gravy for beef kurma.
Heat a pan,then add oil .when the oil gets enough hot add 1 tsp of fennel seed and roast it.then add sliced onion, ginger garlic paste . saute well until become soft and transparent.then add corriander powder,black pepper powder ,garam masala.saute well til the raw smell goes.then add cashews .
Flame off and keep aside and allow  to cool.then transfer into a mixi jar and add 1/4 cup water .grind well and make a paste.

3.then let us make curry .In a deep pan  add 1 tbsp oil. add 4 chopped green chillies to the oil and saute it.then add curry leaves and grinded paste we prepared earlier .then add 1 cup water to the paste .when it comes boils then add cooked beef and with its stock and mix well. Boil for 5 minutes.then add 1/4 tsp garam masala then 1 cup coconut milk.flame off and then add chopped corriander leaves.
