Homemade Chicken Shawarma recipe

Let's prepare an easy Chicken shawarma at home.It is very easy to prepare and tasty.

For chicken marination:-

Chicken (boneless)    -100 gm
Chillipowder                -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder        -1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste     -1 tsp
Lemon juice                 -1 tbsp
Oil for frying

For making kuboos:-

All purpose flour     -2 cup
Yeast              -1/2 tsp
Warm water    -required
Salt as required
Sugar       -1 tbsp

For filling:-
Cabbage(sliced)   -2 tbsp
Tomato                   -2 tbsp
Onion(sliced)         -2tbsp
Cucumber              -2 tbsp
Pepperpowder       -1 tsp
Mayonnaise           -4 tbsp
Salt as required 

 step 1:- 
* Marinate chicken with chillipowder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,lemonjuice,salt for 15 minutes.
Then fry in oil .

Step 2:-
*To prepare kuboos ,in a small bowl  take 
   yeast and sugar .then add warm water       and  dissolve it.(don't add too hot water).
 Let sit for 5-10 minutes til it frothy.

* Now add in flour and salt and knead to
   soft dough.
*Add some oil and mix well.Then cover
  and let it rest for 2 hours until it doubles
  in size.
* Knead again and roll it into small balls
  and flatten it and roll it into chapati.
* Then cook in a flat non stick pan til puffy.

Step 3:-
For making filling ,take a bowl and add  
 sliced     cabbage,onion,tomato,cucumber,shreded 
 chicken and mayonnaise,pepper powder
 and required salt and mix well.shawarma
 mix is ready.
Now take kuboos  and spread mayonnaise
on it well.Then add shawarma mix and roll it.then wrap the kuboos.
