Chicken Roast

Ingredients:

For marination:
Turmeric powder       -1/4 tsp
Chilli powder              -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Chicken      -1/2 kg
Onion          -4
Tomato       -2
Ginger garlic paste          -1 tbsp
Turmeric powder             -1/4tsp
Chilli powder                    -1tsp
Garam masala                 -1/2 tsp
Curry leaves                     -1sprig
Corriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil

 Preparation:
1.clean and wash the chicken pieces.
2.marinate with chicken with turmeric
   powder,chillipowder and salt.keep aside 
    for 30 minutes.
3.In a pan,shallow fry  the marinated
    chicken on medium heat til become
    golden brown on both sides.then
    remove chicken from the pan.
4.In the same pan,heat oil on medium
   flame,then add sliced onion,with pinch of
   salt.cook till onion turns transluscent.
   Then add ginger garlic paste,then saute
    well until raw smell goes.
5.Then add masala powders, turemeric
    powder,chilli powder,garam masala
    saute well.
6.Then add curry leaves and sliced     
    tomatoes,corriander leaves .cover and
    cook til tomatoes become soft.
7. Add fried chicken and stir
   well til masala coats the chicken well.
8.Once done ,turn off the flame and
    transfer to serving bowl.
