Mango Delight🥭

Its the mango season.lets make delightful mango dessert.Its easy dessert recipe with few ingredients and no bake dessert.Mango delight is a mouth watering dessert perfect for any special occation.Use the sweet and ripe mangoes for making this dessert.Its a layered dessert with any teacake and whipping cream mixed with mango puree.You can use biscuits instead of cake.Mangoes need to be ripe.I used condensed milk for sweetening .lets prepare mango delight.

Ingredients:

 Mangoes                 -4 nos

Whipping cream      -600 ml

Condensed milk      - 1 can

Teacake

 

Preparation:

. Peel and cut  1 cup of mangoes in to

  cubes. choose ripe mangoes.

   

.  In a bowl whip the cream .

.  Grind 2 mangoes and make smooth

    puree.

. Add mango puree to the whipped cream

  ,then consensed milk and mix well.

. In a pudding tray layer with the teacake .then   pour whipped cream mixed with mango puree .then add diced mangoes on the top.Then layer with teacake again,and repeat the process.garnish with sliced mangoes.

Enjoy chilled.
